Digital Art | VR, 3D Painted Cityscape Installations

Martin Lenclos shoots cityscape and street-life photographs and “paints” virtual 3D environments in three dimensions, based on a 3D photo collage of thousands of photo sprites and using video game technology.

36 Movie Frames of a Virtual World | Virtual Reality Art Piece and Accompanying Photos 36 is a virtual reality experience representing a 21st c. flow set. Martin Lenclos creates a story through choreographed full body cut-outs, color and texture. The photographic components of the piece were taken in Rotterdam, New York, San Francisco and Paris. The result is both a video and a virtual-reality installation, as well as a series of 36 square photographs.
