MoMA P.S.1 Warm Up Music Series (3D Multimedia Coverage)

Martin Lenclos created a format for 3D interactive and interpretative representation of live events used for online diffusion. In 2008, in collaboration with Joe and Andy Weitzel, he launched Coverage3D, a platform built to enable online users to “visit” event coverages virtually, getting a sense of the event experience through interviews, streamed video, sound, and photography.

Warm Up Music Series virtual representation and website. For MoMA P.S.1. A multimedia 3D Web coverage to communicate the museum's vision. — 4 Saturdays of party coverage, 100 people interviewed, 200 people background cutouts, a 3D Web environment including spatial music, a 3D Museum, an architectural installation, and multiple photo galleries. Using thousands of images and video footage, Martin Lenclos combined multiple events into a single 3D real time celebration with an avatar directory and many photo galleries.
